Lubelska Way of St. James begins at the monastery of the Dominican Order on Złota street, from where it passes through the Lublin Old Town and then leads through the southern districts of the city and reaches the church of St. Jakub in the suburbs of Głusk. Then it enters the forest areas surrounding Zemborzycki Lake. After leaving these "green lungs" of Lublin, the trail leads along the Czerniejówka River, and then along the Bystrzyca Valley.
