This is the 6th and final stage of the Westphalian Way of St. James, which takes us from Paderborn to Lennestadt-Elspe. It starts in Reiste and reaches the Heidenstraße in Elspe.

After starting at the church in Reiste, we visit Beisinghausen and then reach Bremke. From there, the pilgrimage path leads us to the Chapel of St. James in Bremscheid. Afterwards, we pilgrimage to Isingheim, passing east of Niedermarpe, and arrive at Obermarpe. The next stops are Obervalbert and Altenvalbert, until we finally reach our destination St. James in Lennestadt-Elspe. Here our pilgrimage path meets the old medieval Heidenstraße, which ran from Leipzig via Kassel and Korbach to Cologne.
