The terrain is mountainous, passing through Wilhams, Geratsried, Trabers, and Genhofen into the municipality of Weiler-Simmerberg. Once preferred as a stage location, at the beginning of this millennium Scheidegg took over this role with a much-praised pilgrim hostel. Scheidegg also took on the role of a junction for the Bavarian-Swabian Pilgrim Way continuing to Lindau as well as the mainland connection from the Munich Way of St. James and the Swiss pilgrim network to Bregenz (A) and Rorschach (CH).
This current stage leads us to the tourism office at the town hall square in Scheidegg.
Anmerkungen
The "Bavarian-Swabian Way of St. James" branches off in Oettingen from the Nuremberg - Ulm Way of St. James and heads towards Lake Constance. The stages from Schrobenhausen to Augsburg are "feeder" routes

The stages in this documentation are suggestions that each pilgrim can adapt to their wishes. However, the technical data always assumes that these stages are completed in one day each. I stayed overnight in Weiler-Simmerberg.
