Farewell to Les Abrets
In Valencogne, a visit to the Église Saint-Jean l'Évangeliste is worthwhile. At the small stage village Le Pin, we can decide whether a swim in the Lac de Paladru, about 1km to the southeast, is desired, or simply to relax on site.

The Via Gebennensis connects the Swiss pilgrimage routes from Geneva with the Via Podiensis, which starts in Le Puy-en-Velay and from there leads westwards to the Pyrenees.
