Near the sixteenth-century church of St. James two Ways of St.James join: Camino Polaco leading from the border with Lithuania and the Greater Poland Way leading southwestwards. The purpose of the current stage, Trzemeszno, was the first burial place of St. Adalbert. The famous Warsaw shoemaker and insurgent - Jan Kiliński came from this city.
