After leaving Lubań in Henryków Lubański we pass by the oldest tree in Poland - the yew tree "Henryk", which is over 1300 years old. Then we pass by the interesting palace complex in Sławnikowice to reach the palace in Gronów with a beautiful oak alley, through which our trail leads. In Zgorzelec, we can admire the "Kołodziej's House" - an example of a half-timbered house characteristic of Lusatia. Near the Old Town Bridge on the Nysa Łużycka, where the Polish section of Via Regia ends, there is a house where an unusual shoemaker and mystic Jakub Boehme lived (1575-1624). The place is a beautiful culmination of our peregrinatio ad limina Sancti Jacobi in Poland.
