Camino Polaco in this section coincides with the yellow hiking trail. The beginning of the road runs along the streets of the city of Iława. Further, the terrain is varied, hilly, formed during the last ice age. Outside the city, we walk through the forest overgrowing the outwash plain, along a forest road, paved in sections. Behind the forest, the trail runs along an asphalt road through hilly areas of fields formed on the undulating moraine plateau. Nowe Miasto Lubawskie is located in the valley of the Drwęca River, one of the cleanest rivers in Poland.
