We leave Stary Sącz going through the Wielki Wygon street and then through the bridge on the Dunajec river. We turn left to Podegrodzie and reach the church of St. James. From this town comes bl. Father Stanisław Papczyński, founder of the Congregation of Marian Fathers. From the church in Podegrodzie, we follow the low ridges of the Beskids and reach the seventeenth-century manor in Świdnik. From here along the valley of a small stream we reach Łukowica. The most interesting monument of this town is the wooden, gothic, rebuilt in the 17th century church of St. Andrew. Today, as a parish temple serves a new, larger church, which is located nearby.
