From Łukowica the Way of St. James leads to Limanowa along the green walking trail, which enters the scenic hills with numerous chapels. Firstly we climbe the forested peak of the Łyżka hill (803 m a.s.l.), on whose slopes are remains of the castle, where, according to legend of St. Kinga a treasure is hidden to this day. From Łyżka the trail continues along the scenic ridges of the Beskid mountains and descends to Siekierczyna. Behind this town, on a hill, there is cemetery No. 368 from World War I. Austrian, Hungarian and Russian soldiers who fell in the battle of Limanowa in December 1914 are buried here. Going further we reach the center of the town Limanowa.
