The road starts in Zimna Wódka at the junction of the Via Regia route. It leads to the wooden church of St. st. Maria Magdalena and further towards Ujazd. There, it leads past the ruins of the 13th-century castle and the church of St. st. Andrew the Apostle.
It continues through the city center towards the Gliwice Canal. Another longer section of the road leads through the forests of the Kędzierzyn Forestry Inspectorate. It is partly covered by the main road.
After leaving the forested area and reaching the village of Korzonek, the trail leads along an asphalt road to the church of St. Holy Trinity in Bierawa.
