We start at the church in the Unterassling district and hike westward along the slope on a small road past a number of hamlets and farms until we come to the “Krisleimbach”, which flows into the Drau from the north. We cross this side valley and come, past the church of St. Justina, and on the other side of this side valley onto the “Pustertaler Höhenstrasse”, which we follow through the larger town of Anras to Abfaltersbach. Today's stage does not end at the bottom of the valley, but a little above the Pustertaler Höhenstrasse in the district of "Winkl".
