Todays section is relatively long, but we will find opportunities to spend the night before Fornovo if needed, maybe we ask natives for advice. During the second part of this day, we will come into the valley of the River Taro which is flowing northwards. Following the river to the South, we will pass through the «Parco Fluviale Regionale Del Taro» before we reach the bridge crossing the broad bed of the Taro river towards Fornovo. This bridge is an important road connection between East and West, and Fornovo at the east end of the bridge therefore is a well suited place to spend the night.
